It'd be pretty good if there was some way to damage spy/sentry equipment - maybe a raid by your army using attack turns - damaging equipment instead of gaining money.  This would give attack-heavy players a form of retaliation against spy-heavy players.  I also heard some suggestion about using attack turns or something similar for sabotage.  I can't remember whether someone mentioned that to me or whether I read it on here, so sorry if I'm repeating an idea that's already been discredited.
All that said, it doesn't seem too unbalanced right now, so I'm probably just being pedantic.
