Granted all new maps for the world would be made.
NPC's would be changed to the new vender type u give certain amount of gold get such and such item
XP's earned would be close to how it was originally
No Scripted Quests (Luny had alot of those) unless someone made the script for them and the map
But basically it would be the original files original inis except for the world ini
