Who is willing to help build and maintain a server

If I fork over the money to pay for one?

I will pay for a VM and help moderate it if someone will help me build it out. I am very knowledgeable about server architecture, physically, but not so much how RPGWO works so I will need someone who does know how it works.

Modern servers are preferred (obviously if you remember me) but any type or version of server is fine with me.
