I have attached COMCTL32.OCX.

1) You need to download it.
2) Put it in your RPGWO client folder.
3) Open windows terminal (windows key, cmd, enter)
4) In the terminal type cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Client (w/e your path to your rpgwo folder is)
5) Your terminal should now be in your rpgwo folder
6) Run regsvr32 COMCTL32.OCX (if it doesnt work try 64 instead of 32) in the terminal.

Windows should then register the file and you can open rpgwo edit.

Do you see COMCTL32.ocx inside your RPGWO client folder? If so you then need to register it in the steps I put above. Not sure if there is any better way to explain it. Does your antivirus flag COMCTL32.ocx?
