Redid the Client to be V1/V2 Style

Updated the client. Got a lot of functionality coded.
Unarmed is still the only real useful skill at the moment though.
Hopefully, now that the Carry tab is in, usage and arming will follow shortly.

It does look big.. and unusual, since no other game uses this style .. but .. somehow I like it.

I'll drop in tonight and commence a battery of tests on it.

Been working/playing it for a week now and it "feels" much more like RPGWO. The full screen map and sliding out tabs of the previous version, just didn't feel quite right. And I am not having any performance issues or odd quirks that require work arounds to work properly.

current usage system is really annoying!

the use buttons are in the top right of play screen, and you have to click it for each use, and what you're using doesn't stay selected...so you have to go from middle of screen/inventory to top right corner of play area repeatedly.  in V5 atleast things were still selected so you didn't have to select them over and over.

also whats the issue with string stacking?

also since there is "work" to mining, shouldn't it be 1 stam per try?  copper is lowest ore, and takes 50 work, so with 20 mining and a stone shovel(starting skills) it takes 34 stam to mine 1 copper.

double post...what skill/skill level is needed to load a furnace?  I've gone through my stam bar twice(I started with 80 stam, so thats atleast 160 tries) and still can't load it.

stone shovel is first mining tool.  you need a small stone to use as a tool, a medium stone to turn into a sharp stone, a branch as a handle, and string to put it together.  if you can't find a smaller stone as a tool attack a larger 1 til you've broken it down far enough.

"skill roll" isn't your skill level, its a dice roll with the max being your skill level.  I think he said min was half skill level, so if you need 30 and you skill is at 30 your dice will roll 15-30 giving you a 1 in 15 chance of doing work on mining that spot.  one of those weird V5 things he decided to keep...

The usage system was acting all weird. Like not allowing the wood loading into a furnace should happen right away on first try. Sometimes the laptop running the server goes batwolf cray-cray. Gonna move it to Jon's server and see what happens... looks like the issues went away *shrugs*

I will add the old style usage in soon, where you double click on item in your carry then on a map item or another carry item. I do need to code something for the client to re-aquire the item after a successful usage. For the most part, if the client de-selects it, then a new item got made and the old one got deleted.

I need to make stacking/spliting easier.

Mining work and cost seem fine to me. For every 10 skill levels you get 1 extra work so I think it is ok.

Mine failing that requires >= 30 skill roll just gives you hint what is there. The skill values are scaled waaay down in V6 versus V2. And a skill roll is zero to your skill value, so it random chance.

EDIT: Ok skill roll for usage is 50% to 100%. In V2 it was +-40.
