  - items fall under water and can't be seen unless you swim underwater

- server

 - map generation like V5
  - can import smaller maps like buildings or quests, rotatable?
  - sectors have terrain type
   - surface, plants, animals, monsters
  - auto wilderness monster spawn adding

 - random quest generation, procedural
  - remake quests once per week maybe

 - active NPC
  - tribal like V5
  - walk around
  - home, work, eat locations

- content

 - undo/fix blacksmith
  - remove crucible
  - remove molds

 - prayer and gawds

 - player animation: walk, attack, usage

 - sandbox

Oh, also on the table is converting the code to VB.Net. A huge undertaking but with long term benefits and supportability.

I'd be happy to attempt the conversion for you. I currently work in VB .Net and have worked in VB6 in previous jobs.

I don't fully understand the scope of the offer (never seen your source) I am making but would be happy at least attempt to assist.
