heh, I didn't say starting a Factions world would be easy, heh... did I? A normal PK world woul dprobably be easier to start.

Edit: If your factions gets destroyed, you get put in the outlaw faction so you can still play in the world.

I would prefer normal pk asap without bitching(bitch cause many people to quit the game while its no secret that rpgwo actually lacks players).Factions require cooperation and i saw many cases people were just making fake accounts to spy other factions...Other cases of having friend in other faction just to destroy idea of fun

Plain old PK server then you can build your own groups and factions/guilds its all good.

OK, so I'll just do a normal PK world. Got one ready just need to bring it home and put it on my laptop and start it up and change server list. Hopefully tonight.

Nope. When I first joined RPGWO, it was only V1. I left for a while and did a bunch of other games, then remembered RPGWO and came back to find that V4 was in the making, but V2 and V3 were completely dead, with only a V1 server up.
