Groups not working correctly

I have a trader with trade group I have made myself and I have it put in there:
TradeGroup0=1
TradeGroup1=2
TradeGroup2=4
TradeGroup3=6
TradeGroup4=5
But the trader ignores it and sells other worthless stuff....
Help?
I also have another one with:
TradeGroup0=7
TradeGroup1=8
and she sells nothing at all.....
