Fix it list!?!?!

Heres my list of things i've noticed need some tweaking or fix'ing.  I know some or already being owrked on while others havent been considered yet.  could we get a timeframe or any info on each of these? would be nice to somewhat know when to look for these changes.

Raft's , 3 out of 3 damon ores have fallen on water in the world, theres no rafts and its about impossible to swim to any of them. On top of that, the ores sink to UNDER the water so you cant easily see them,  they are almost invisible.
As an alternative to rafts, how about docks or some type of bridge?  they will be needed for the roads mickey has players working on,  why not just put them in already?

Missle is very hard to train,  theres very very little monsters that use any ranged attacks.  can we please at least get some type of ranged monsters added in or a elf house?

Can rose rbushes be made to grow a little faster? i can plant a rose bush and then a round of mana plants,   farm and replant my mana plants 3 times before my rose bush is able to produce any petals, and when i clip them, it takes another 3-4 rotations of my plants to be able to farm them again.  Makes getting stamina potions rather difficult, and ultima's give less and less stamina as you eat them.

Magic rune being ignored in the 5th rune slot for combo's on certain spells.

hotkeys need to be disabled while in mule and in chat modes,  im drinking ultima's while im trying to type in 11 to pull out ores.  kind of anoyying.  ( my current fix for this is using SHIFT (1-9) untill a solution is found for anyone else with the same issue )

Will guild xp ever increase? atm its 1 XP per action done, doesnt matter if i plant a seed for 6 XP spendable, or fill a crucible for 160 XP, i only gain 1 guild xp per action taken.  i can sit and click as much as possible to get as many in during a period of time, max xp iv ever seen was 1073.  seems a tad pointless to be in a guild for just the name,  the xp is going to do me nothing.

fishing isnt in, therefore mining potions arnt makeable,  it would be very helpfull to be able to use them.

Masonry walls would be amazing aswell, i dont like using wood fences to secure my land and i know they arnt very secure can we get mason walls soon?

Can we have an option SOMEWHERE to turn off OB and things like

I'm sick of lagging to death due to my chat box being spammed and silverlight not being able to keep up.


There arnt perks on the server that i know of yet, and theres things that already require perks   blue magic is  one i can think of at the moment.  any +item i think higher then level 3 requires perks.
