Use item Under idea

This is merely a elaboration on my previous idea, so you can SEE what i mean. 
Basicly uses:
a box to "select the item"
one that shows current selected item to use underneath
One to USE item under ( i'd assume some type of hotkey like insert )
and one to clear the item and pick another




If anyone likes this idea , please post so,  so mickey has an idea if he should possibly add it to the game.
