Is the Rebirth server down?

I downloaded rpgwo today and it looks like the only active server is Gary's Rebirth server but when I try to connect it says "Failed to connect to server. Retry."

Is the server down? or is this on my side and is there something I can do to fix it?

Any help would be much appreciated!

The server is up.

Check your ports, they may not be open to allow you to connect.
