So I was bored of everything else I've been doing and I decided to come back and check out rpgwo.. and holy crap I like what is going on! Most of you probably wont remember me, but I played for quit a long time back in the old days..

Anyways, I just wanted to compliment on the things going on around here. I also wanted to ask: will you be changing the images of most of the items? (like the ore and such)

I guess that gives the players hopes for updates while they play, so the game doesn't hit a halt ;D

That's the goal hopefully we can get a large enough new playerbase and then just work on the game full time. I think it is is a good possibility.

Latest updates well there is a what's new.
What mickey posted

June 26, 2010

- The title screen image was being stored in the .XAP file so it got downloaded each time code changed. It was over 1meg so I figured out how to load it off the website dynamically and let the browser deal with caching it. I still have the player and item graphic files in the .XAP file so gonna work on getting those out soon.

- Using the title screen image in main menu and player creation screens. Re-arranged and cleaned up the screens too.

- Got all the player creation template buttons working, like Swordsman and Blacksmith.

- If you are not on Facebook (which no one is yet excet me and Jon), you will get asked for a login and password. It will auto-create the login if it doesn't exist. Gonna keep this for testing for now.

- Fixed creation where is fails due to name problems, like a name is already taken. It should popup a message box now and not later when you get back to main menu.

- Added a loading progress when you enter the world.

- You can now click on a skill or attribute name and it will tell you the XP for next raise. It only works the first time you click it. Having trouble getting the mouse to work in some controls. You can go back and forth between 2 different ones though to check.
