As turtle as your bonding intentions are I really don't think you should be running a server of any kind on any game. You clearly have no idea what you are doing and are just going to keep asking question after question instead of figuring it out for your self.

Just my opinion though, feel free to keep trying.

rude and telling me its not worth my time. i mean you dont even know me. so kaios can you point me in the direction of solving my problem considering its tha last thing i need help wit. i got the rest of it.

just noticed this topic lol, right to alter your connect.ini file in client you have to put your server detail in, close it and save..then right click the file and click the read only box..sorts that out for ya

ok umm u really need to get hfs to run it throught your house..soo download hfs from googling it. have a file on your desktop with all your images in and the zlib file..and master maker..basically everything thats in the local.files file. now use the master maker program..click auto and save the file as something as server/local in the local.files folder with your images ect in. now when your on hfs, right click and add folder from disc now select the local.files folder on your desktop and select real folder. thats the updater sorted now for your connect file do this...

If your using the same int connection

Name=Humbug
Description=Not Just A Sweet!
IP=192.168.2.8
Port=6015
UpdateURL=http://192.168.2.8/local.files/

if your using diff connections..diff houses ect

Name=Humbug
Description=Not Just A Sweet!
IP=81.106.167.137
Port=6015
UpdateURL=http://81.106.167.137/local.files/

now to get the first ip address i put u need to click on your area connection icon, then click support the ip should be there.. now the second one just google my ip.. should be the first option it will tell you your ip for others not in your network to use k hope this helps

Ima take a guess here. I assume you and your wife's computer are on the same network (aka in the same house) but your brother and your mom are not.
If this is true it may be a port forwarding problem.

You would need to log onto the router and forward the port (by default its 6015) of the server to the computer that is running the server.exe.
Take a look around http://portforward.com/ for an idea of what you need to do.
