This is the same problem as the help!

Does anyone know what is wrong now? ive ran a server before but its never gave me these issues

No, it's not a Win7 Error.

Just set back your computer time back to anywhere before 2009 November 13.

its not win7 errror, this happened to me.
just set your computer date back to about november 1st 2009 and it should work.
