I think BlogSpot had a really nice comment system if I remember correctly. I don't really like all of the blogging sites though, because you have to pay monthly on them to be able to have any realy control, and I'd just get my own website if I wanted to pay monthly :/

If you are that cheap

110mb is like paid hosting, no ad's (unless it's a 404 link), you actually make your websites, and 10gb bandwidth
