LOL 2 jobs? You need to get out more. I am contracted 15 per week, but work about 30+ overtime. It's not like we can work more than 40 hours in some jobs here in the UK

As for living with my Mum you make that sound like a bad thing. You try working in the UK and finding a place to move out while paying Council Tax, Electricity, Water, Insurance, Gas etc and running a car, you'll hardly survive (yes, the living cost where I live is a joke)

Full time = 40 hours. Part time = 30 hours. Unless you work a paper route and mow peoples lawns, you aren't working a part time AND full time.

Allright, first off, I'd say taking away specing would just be a pain in the ass, getting rid of jm/no pots higher than majors is a good idea too. Red magic needs to be harder, and tradeskills need to be harder, and more ores or something before damon, maybe 3-4 new ores and make damon more powerful but needs a lot more bs to make? And having high level rare weapons that take like 4-5 rare drops to make could help to stimulate the economy. And im not sure exactly how the new bs system works.. but what about being able to add jewels to weapons/armor for a tiny bit more attack/armor? It would have to take a lot of JM, or BS if there isnt any JM, and not give a very large bonus, maybe 15-20% max, but it would give people more to do anyways.

Living with your mom (parents) isn't a bad thing.  People who say that are just silly.  Who cares if you live with your parents, you get free everything and a roof over your head.  It's win/win.
