I have an FTP account at my friends website and his website started blocked me yesterday. I only got a subdomain so that is the only way to access it. Another friend of his got an FTP account and it is blocking him, also. Other people who do NOT have FTP accounts are NOT being blocked. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this type of thing?

Checked for that. Checked firewall. No IPs are blocked.

Try switching between passive and active mode for ftp.

Firewall's can cause problems with ftp

I believe it is his webhost, because I use a different ftp and webhost now and it all works. Thanks, though.
