Okay, well, any weapon you can use guard and automatically attack the nearest enemy until they're all dead or out of range.  I think it's a bit unfair for people with Black Magic to have to spend every waking minute actually training, when most people go AFK on guard, come back a bit later, and move on.  As Gizza said in another topic.    So, I'd like it if you put Guard when using a wand, a message would pop up and say "Do you wish to equip a spell to cast while on Guard?" It would have "Yes" and "No".  If you chose yes, a list would come up and you would select an offensive spell that would be automatically cast, and the only reason you wouldn't cast would be either insufficient mana, no monsters left to attack, or they're out of range.    Just a thought.

It's dumb. magic spells are the easiest to level out of anything. TONS of range, lots of damage, and you can go forever with black/white/red magic.

Try to not be lazy, that's what you should really do.

Yeah, on some servers.  But it's also the matter of having to repair wands, you need mana, which I know regens automatically, and bow/xbow has the same range.  Along with shrokrims, I believe.  Yeah, good damage, but some stuff that's good exp has too much mag defense.  And the places where BM is / 3 instead of / 4, it's too hard for me to get it high.  I've gotten it higher using / 4 on Chaos than any other server.  You also need runes, your wands can explode on you, so it's just common sense to give mages a little break.  They have to sit and constantly click every enemy.  I'm not lazy, but it's just a little bit too easy with the other classes since they can AFK train and mages can't without a macro program.

An 8 year old with half a mind can make a mage. Mage's do not need to train defense barely apart from mag def which is the easiest of them all. Dont QQ just cause its the only thing someone with half a brain like yourself can manage to do. Mage's have good(not the best but still good) range,  one of the highest damage outputs in the game(IAAAAAAR WHAT THE tiger DID DAEGAN HIT ME WITH - kind of damage, get the picture).  You bitch that stuff has high magic def? Oh come on.  Hit up Mystic Knights/Corrupt Lords mid teens to 20s for tiger sake if your decent. Start molesting other wolf pretty quick too.(my memory escapes me on some of the wolf to kill seeing as I havent played in a while, let alone a mage) but you get the picture. QQ moar

Anyone remember when a mage could cast those spells to kill a Crystal Drake at like level 1. Like the spells Mana Denial then Nova's, Freezes ect.. Was that removed yet? That's another main way mages trained up too.

I don't bother to train white mag.  It's only at about 110k raises mainly from casting Revive Self III and Stamina to Mana Self II.
