New Server

Well after my many of years of playing this game, its horible downfall is upsetting me so i desided to send an email to mick to see if i couldent buy in on a server. He hasent replied yet but if he dose i would like to know who has any ideas for it? I dont care who pots, if you like me or not its all good.

 I will not be admin here becouse im a jackass and i dont know wtf im doing so ill be looking for one admin to run the server, like muff or some one along those lines.

 I dont want any admins at all atlest none above @@ aside from the main admin. To hopefuly prevent any cheating or what not.
 Some ideas i had where as listed:

Pvp all zones. one small starting area with a ls and nothing els. (mybe a vendor or 2)
Stealing on land
Bitching if every one wants it
def roooms are what ever the players vote on (my vote is no)
A good size world atlest 8x8
Lots of quest that are made for multi players to work with one another to do.
Balance out the weapons alot more. none of that bullwolf /3 BM or insane xbows just every thing even as best as i can
Well thats about what i got, if any one has any other ideas post. Or comments what ever

Hmm im sure i can think of a few things, but probably not going to get the OK from mickey  sadly... even by trying to help him build a good player base it still wont happen probably.

Grant got the ok from mickey for a server about 6 months back and he hasnt actually progressed from there yet. just about 5 e-mails gone back and forth and mickey never getting round to the files.....so GL Gimpy

So basically, You want a server from Mickey, which YOU dont want to update or admin, Why the hell give it to you, Its like UT giving Orion/Arc/w/e it is now to me just for playing it.

sry but i also fail to see the point in u getting a server you have no  ideas for, saying ull do whatever the players vote for mean ull end up with 1 big mess. new worlds added cool....if it has new ideas... :s and an owner who wants to work on it..might as well be Jon who logs on to tiger wtih people then fight for 2 months to get an update in on. sry

1) Get mick to delete all the other servers.   1 good server > 7 wolf ones.
2) Add pickpocketing
3) Add skills you can cast with weapons equip like axe specific skills

Everybody has ideas, You have nothing new on that front, But if you cant even code your own ideas you dont deserve a server. End of.

There isn't one. It's basically him trying to make a name for himself.

If he was genuinely concerned with running a successful server he wouldn't call running it "wasting my money" Money spent on something in which you are genuinely interested/concerned about is never a waste.

It's just another wolfty idea posed by a wolftier player. People have written out in-depth server plans, revised INIs to match these plans, and submitted them. Mickey doesn't want help, and honestly I doubt he's concerned for the future of this game.

RPGWO doesn't need another server idea to add to the growing list. It needs ONE server. Centralize it and let it expand again. I'm tired of seeing these "OMG I R HAF GUD SERVAR PLAN" topics. It's a waste of tigering effort. Doesn't matter if the entire community is behind you [vertigo]. In the end it comes down to one man's epic decision, and the choices that man makes will impact the entire community. For better or worse.  (I'm trying to sound like a movie commercial, can you tell?)
