Hate mat runs? So do I. You could be out there with the rest of them, chasing cars, killing people, running from the police, but no. You are on the same tigering route, doing the same tigering thing, over and over again.
And you know what? Sometimes the cops will block your route to mat runs. They can park stuff in the tunnel, and block other things.
Well, I have made a map of different routes to take to a mat run...
Point 1: You may jump from the tunnel area to the roof of an airport hangar.
Special Notes: You can only safely attempt this when going Northwest and on a fast car.
Point 2: When on a bike, and going southeast, you can jump from the end of the tunnel to that grassy area. Then just continue straight until you hit the road. You can attempt this in a car but it takes a lot of practice.
Well, that is the basis of a mat run. All your alternate routes are there. Now, there are many other alternate routes, but you just have to find them. Hell, there is no way you can be stopped from a mat run, unless they block off the entrance.
Does it get too boring for you? Well here are some good tips to make it go by quickly.
First Fun Tip: Go on a bike. Take all the jumps.
Second Fun Tip: Race Someone.
Third Fun Tip: Time yourself. (I have a 3 minute mat run right now*)
Fourth Fun Tip: Try it in a helicopter
Fifth Fun Tip: Do it with another arms dealer.
*Note: Official Times are from Pickup to Drop and back to Pickup and on an bike.
