Movement speed is the only thing I ever noticed, I never noticed anything with healing rates or anything.

It might have to do with accuracy or something...

your profile is like a + to stealth i am pretty sure, the slower you move the better, if you are laying down and moving slowly it's gonna be alot harder to scan you, if this isn't in already add it

i don't get what you mean by the +/- stuff

Profile is only applicable to modern fast projectile weapons. The lower you are, the smaller the target and the harder to hit you.
It does slow down your walk which indirectly affects stealth since if you move slow, you don't get a skill penalty as if you were running.
