Unable to Login after key in Username and Password

I am unable to log in after keying in my Username and Password!

After I do the above and press enter,

the log in screen refreshes and prompts me for my password again.

When I key in my password a 2nd time, a screen pops up to say that I can only login ONCE. But I did not even enter the game?

Can some nice kind gentleman or lady help me?

I have never seen a log in screen refresh at all O_O

Ok, if you have XP, try alt+cnrl+del, processes. from there se if you have more than one Client.exe(click name) going, if so, right click it and click on "End Process". thats the best i can offer, if it doesnt help, im clueless, sorry.
