Terms & Rules Updated

I am posting this to let everyone know that the Terms & Rules which you are bound to have been modified.

Effective immediately, the following has been added to the Terms & Rules:

• By viewing this bulletin board, you agree to waive all rights and agree not to take any legal action as a result of what goes on in the bulletin board.
  
• The rules which are set by the administrator are to be followed always.
  
• This bulletin board is a place of free speech, and by viewing any topics and/or replies, you agree not to take any type of  action outside of this domain.
  
• Any person affiliated with RPGWO who comes in any contact with this bulletin board agrees not to take any in-game or out-of-game action regarding any posted comments, views or files, and that includes, but is not limited to: muzzling, banning, client destroying, or legal action.
  
• Taking action based on information passed onto you by someone else also binds you to the Terms & Rules. Reading any information from these forums, whether you were here, or someone copied it to you, limits you, and you agree not to take any action as a result of indirectly reading the content.
  
• By viewing any part of this bulletin board, including, but not limited to: the index, the topics, or the replies, you are hereby bound to the Terms & Rules.
  
• Failure to comply with the Terms & Rules can result in any of the following, but not limited to: Suspension of posting abilities, restriction of topic/reply viewing, banning from the forums, or barring from the site.

May I make it clear to everyone that by coming in contact with these forums, you are bound by the Terms & Rules.

Even if you get part of this forum copied to you by someone else, you are bound by the T & R.

These new additions also bind anyone who has already accepted the Terms & Rules, and come into effect immediately.

The new additions have been added for the safety of the members who voice their opinions here. With these new Terms & Rules, no one from any place can take any action on you as a result of what you say, including anyone affiliated with RPGWO.

That means that if you are muzzled, banned, or have your client destroyed as a result of saying something on these forums, you can PM / Email / IM me, and the action must legally be undone.
