Notebook Graphics

I did some research and didnt get to far. I believe I know the answer but it doesn't hurt to check.

Is there a graphics card that you can use with the notebook external pci card. You know like there are wireless net cards for that slot. Is there a graphics card or something, because I really dont want to buy a new laptop =/
