Make is a 75% Vote needed then o.O.... That would mean 4 players would have to be on(Unless someone voted for them selfs to get punished). And 3/4ths of all players would have to vote Yes for it to happen.

-.-' The server(Not the newest) won't run under vista. Or at least I can't get it to run :S.... I double-click it, Nothing happens.
Anyone know why it won't work?(And for the love of god, STAY ON TOPIC.)
