Bugs / Problems / RPGWO Server Won't run.

-.-' The server(Not the newest) won't run under vista. Or at least I can't get it to run :S.... I double-click it, Nothing happens.
Anyone know why it won't work?(And for the love of god, STAY ON TOPIC.)

- Max food of 500
- 2 Traders per character, 1st is 5k, 2nd is 10k
- Mules and Land-Claims are 1k
- Elemental and Emote magic
- 2 Land-Claims per character
- Quest for Token that can be exchanged for a +20(per token) jewel

- 2 Land Claims per character, 1k each.
- Max skill bonus from items is 500
- 66 Skill Points, 360 Attribute Points.
- 2 Traders, 5k each. Mule's 1k.
- Meteors like every 30-60 mins x.x
- Have an admin tell you any spell combo and give ya 5 of each rune for it for a bit of gold.

Dravien: Spaz, More mood-swings then a 20 year old pregnant woman, Don't try to fix his spelling mistakes.
Chrono: Has alot of nephews.... Seems to be an arbiter at times...
Malekith: Guins bitch.
Toad: Annoying, Likes to 'fix' everyones spelling, Does a crap job of spelling himself.
Wings: wolf-tard, Likes to instigate things.
Komodo: Is a Likes to make random jibber-jabber, Bigger spaz then dravien when he wants to be.
Muffin: Obsessed with donkey, again, Reminds me of a behe at times.(not anything to do with level, attack power, defense power, or size.)
Gizza: Needs to get a life.(no offence)
Damen: Slightly annoying, Half-Moocher.
Rokhan: ...Seemingly normalish... Slightly annoying.
