Virus scan it yourself, it is clean.
I'm not the most loved of the community, and several think I am intellectually incapable of preforming such feats. However, I hope you don't run a fail server like people have in the past. You will most likely run into a few problems when trying to get it up and running, so if you ever need any help, just PM me.

Here's a guide on running a server (on windows):
Make a directory (folder) and name it your server.
In that folder, make 2 more folders, client and server
in the Client folder, make another folder named ServerName.files (ServerName being your actual server name) Also put client.exe in the client folder. in ServerName.files, you will need to place all of your images and sounds, and anything else you want the public to get.
In the server folder, put the provided .exe and the .ini's you want to use.
Set up all of your ini's the way you like, and run the server.exe. It may take awhile to start up. You will need to open port 6015 http://portforward.com/
Once it's open, people will be able to join your server. It will not be on the main serverlist, so you'll need to give the ip to people, or make your own auto-updater (which will not be discussed in this guide)
Once everything is set, and your ini's are all done and finished. Click the add content button in the server. Use client.dat as the password. It should then populate the world with plants.
Now a guide to admining:
Don't be a monkey to players, listen to their concerns unless they go neo-hippo.
Be sure not to abuse (and give your player char (if you have one) maxed out stuff)
Hire smart, mature admins. Not some wolfheads you found on Halo3.
If you hear a complaint about a player, look into it. Check if that player is actually breaking the rules.
Anyway, I hope this guide helped. If I made any errors, point em out to me. Wrote this from mostly memory.
