I'm not usually one to say I told you so...
Oh wait yes I am, I told you guys what happens to a server ran by Mysti yet you don't listen, nobody ever listens.
Didn't want to create a new thread for this garbage but some asshole locked the last one.

also this might get Gary motivated to get his server up and running sooner ;D

no duh but we could have totally avoided this entire tigering scenario and just had Eddie put a GOOD server up in the first place if Mickey would just listen to the players that actually give a wolf for once, instead he'd rather live in programming la la land and avoid any social situations that might lead to confrontation
also tommy is a douche and will never take his world down even if just one person played because at this point I'm sure he is leaving it up out of spite

Yeah I never got to poke fun at Mysti when she said Nexus was from scratch when really it's just Mickeys V1 with a new skin and others adding features for her when she quit.
Idk if Gary is even trying to do Nexus anymore, he was trying to get some more artwork together but I never heard back from him on that.

Does anyone know who is behind the 'new_world' server? it's been hanging around on the list for a while. I know the guy occasionally post dev blogs. I wonder how close he is to actually opening it up.

It's gary/eddie as stated above. He had to fix a lot of stuff in Nexus since its based off of Mickeys V1 files and has a lot of stuff missing in it compared to Hex/Dementia or other more complete worlds. As I said I haven't heard from him in a while and idk if anyone else has... So no idea if it's opening anytime soon / ever.

As I said I haven't heard from him in a while and idk if anyone else has... So no idea if it's opening anytime soon / ever.
I am continuing to put pressure on him to keep working on it, it's so close to being done but he could use some help balancing the weapons which would really move things along. He stopped working on it after people stopped caring and went to Carnage.

I've asked Mysti for the server files so that I can host it and everybody can continue with their chars, It'll mean i stop playing my own player char but meh
On a lol note - Cham keeps banning my account 1 day at a time on hexed
