first actual gameplay topic in a long time. What is your preferred attribute/skill template for your first trader to make everything to prepare your fighter?

100 int wis dex, depends on the server for skills. Alot of things come into play like how hard red magic is, how hard potions are and how tough JM is. If i where to play a bs id prolly do 100 dex str rest split between int wis, id spec bs and mining and then train white and whatever i feel fresky for after that

50 life, 100 str/dex 35 int/wis

Spec blacksmith and mining, train most other necessary crafting skills (carp, mason, farming, jm, etc)

Possibly spec JM depending on the difficulty of the server (And by difficulty I mean how high the skill requirements to make things are)

I get alchemy eventually. This is the build I use on most servers for a trader and it usually works out pretty well.

I don't feel like checking the skill points on stuff but around 20-25 I'll either have white/red/mana conv or alch/white/mana conv. Either way I'm boosting my self or making potions plus mining, blacksmithing and making jewels all on the same character.

??? I do it a bit different...I go 100 dex(dex affects more skills than any other stat), split int and str around 80 and life wis around 40(depending on how many points the server starts you with) and never touch quickness since its only used in run and defenses and I never use defenses...

as for skills:
mining is always specced

things I start with no matter how many points we get:
blacksmithing
farming
masonry
carpentry
cooking

things I'll grab if I have the extra points:
alchemy
red magic
tailor
white magic

things I wait to train in game:
jewelry making-takes a while to get the gems and gold to make them anyway so its not a skill you can really use early
fletching-usually not a big skill early on
blue magic-takes a while to get the ore for better golems

but I never switch to a fighter...so not sure if my build matters for someone planning to do that
why does Fox keep cancelling good shows?
