Ok Some About a Week ago i was talking to mickey about making a Modern Server, Mickey told me that he did not have the modern server files anymore the only people with them are Ut. Well So i Decided to ask Ut For the Server file. and heres are conversation.........

So Oddly I'm Not banned From Nexus.......yet.  Here My Request i posted on the appeal system

The modern server files are UT's do with as he pleases. If he doesn't want to give them to you, he doesn't have to.

For once I agree with UT. I don't see any proof of Mickey saying he'll give them to you like he claims.

i agree with kaios, ut made it so he can do what ever he wants with it (still dont like ut)

Just because he made it doesn't mean he has to be a douche about it. ALL games that are closed source with a small community will stay that way untill they A. Become open source and progress, or B. Have a massive change that is beneficial for the game. Moving to Facebook is not beneficial, sure it will bring in new players, but You'll have too large of an influx of new players.
