C) amount of my free time I have to devote to it.(starting college in jan and I'm working on my own game, plus I'm playing on Arc atm, though less and less.)

If it's just gonna be the same crap as ST except with a different name count me out. Of course i'm always willing to give new servers a new shot before making any comments on them.

If the new world is the result of Rhaorth's typical ingenuity it will be nothing really new, only a superfically polished remake of ST, much like the 'new and improved' detergents you see all the time in commercials.
I predict it to be a more or less random patchwork of barely (if at all) interconnected quests and towns (probably made up by many different people) much like a big Frankenstein's Monsters. The downs and quests will have the standard slapped on squared appeariance as they seem to have been all the time and not integrated into the landscape whatsoever.
It will have 'new' features and new coding from mickey but as far as i can see from the files of the test world it will have only a few new items. I bet even age old known bugs and imbalances will still be there.
There will be barely, if any more updates and if some are made every single item or monster will be praised like the invention of nuclear fusion even if it's a age old copy/paste from another server or of someone else's ideas (and that person won't get any credits for that, rhaorth will claim them for herself). Appeals will be mostly ignored and deleted as had been done recently a few times.

Of course i will give it a try until i am positivly suprised (unlikely) or too disgusted to continue playing (quite possible). But hey, "@@@Admin Rhaorth sais: If you don't like it don't play it. I am the boss and I can do whatever I like and you have to shut up because else you'll get on my wolf list and I'll scorn you like a petulant 12 year old from then on."
(ok, it's not real quote but you all get the point and know that this is real and not totally made up.)

To sum it up: As long as Mickey depends on Rhaorth RPGWO will stay stagnant and slowly decay. It's not dead yet but it's only a matter of time until it crosed the border of unlive, becoming a rotting frankensteinian zomby slowly shambling around.

Shouldn't rhatopia (nulona) have already been open once ST closed. Not a good start and it's not even open. I played the test nulona quite a bit and was happy even though it was baren had some fun building stuff and saw afew good probly stolen ideas

Lvl 10 dagger there heh. I need to be able to play more. The worlds ok as long as the people in charge aren't there. Offereing a truce if it's up for grabs. My lands not too far away from j rocs but i'm pretty choobish there in comparasen to the large majority who play. I don't like being too good cuz then ppl start beggin u for stuff and you get noticed more plus having a kind of life outside the game interferes heh.
